摘  要:在测定胶粘剂及相关材料中苯含量的过程中,众多检测工作者为了试验的准确性和操作的简便性,通常会选择使用市售的苯标准溶液直接稀释来建立工作曲线,但很少有人关注标准溶液中溶剂带来的基质效应对测定结果的影响。通过使用含有不同基质(甲醇、甲苯、无基质)的三条工作曲线对同一胶粘剂样品进行测定分析,检测结果相差显著。进一步对苯浓度为380μg/mL的样品进行分析对比,发现基质效应对苯的测定结果表现为增强效应,且其影响大小与基质的极性有关,建议在实际检测工作中采取相应措施,以确保检测结果的准确性。In the process of determining the benzene content in adhesive and related materials, many workers choose to use commercially available benzene standard solution for the establishment of the working curve, but few pay attention to the influence of the matrix effect brought by the solvent in the standard solution on the measurement results.Three working curves containing different matrices(methanol, toluene, and no matrix)were used to measure the same adhesive sample,and the test results were significantly different.Further analysis of the sample with a ben-zene concentration of 380 μg/mL revealed that the matrix had an enhancing effect on the determination of benzene,and its influence was related to the polarity of the matrix.It is recommended that corresponding measures be taken inthe actual testing work to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
