摘 要:为了掌握速度比和进口预旋耦合作用下波瓣下游射流掺混机理的变化规律,对4种不同进口预旋角下3种不同速度比工况进行了全3维数值模拟。结果表明:随着进口预旋角从0°增大到30°时,内外气流之间的掺混有所增强。小速度比工况和大速度比工况下总压损失系数分别增大了0.1和0.05,推力损失分别为4.6%和17.5%,因此应当综合考虑促进掺混和由此导致的总压损失和推力损失增大的效应。随着速度比的增大,流向涡强度逐渐增大,外涵流体对波瓣下游涡系发展的限制作用逐渐减弱,流向涡逐渐沿径向向外发展,更大范围的气体被卷吸参与了掺混;速度比和进口预旋的耦合作用有利于流向涡提前形成,并在波谷和中心锥之间引起泄漏旋流,加速了涡系破碎和耗散的速度;同时,速度比的增大,扩大了泄漏旋流径向范围,加强泄漏旋流同向的流向涡,有利于进一步加速射流掺混,但也使涡系间的相互作用更强烈,导致射流总压损失和推力损失增大。In order to seize the variation law of jet mixing mechanism of lobe downstream under the coupling of velocity ratio and inlet swirl,full three-dimensional numerical simulation was carried out under three different velocity ratios and four different inlet swirl angles.The results show that the mixing between internal and external air flow increases with the increase of inlet swirl angle from 0°to 30°.Under low velocity ratio and high velocity ratio,the total pressure loss coefficient increases by 0.1 and 0.05 respectively,and the thrust loss is 4.6%and 17.5%respectively.Therefore,the effect of promoting mixing and the resulting increase in total pressure loss and thrust loss should be comprehensively considered.With the increase of velocity ratio,the strength of streamwise vortices gradually increases,the limit⁃ing effect of bypass flow on the development of lobe vortex system downstream gradually weakens,the streamwise vortices gradually devel⁃op outward along the radial direction,and a wider range of gases are entrained and participate in the mixing.The coupling effect of velocity ratio and inlet swirl is conducive to the formation of streamwise vortices in advance,causes leakage swirl between the trough and central body,and accelerates the breaking and dissipation of vortex system.At the same time,the increase of the velocity ratio expands the radial range of the leakage swirl and strengthens the homodromous flow vortex of the leakage swirl,which is conducive to promote the jet mixing,but also makes the interaction between the vortex systems stronger,resulting in the increase of the total pressure loss and thrust loss of the jet.
