摘  要:为了得到不同插板形状对航空发动机进气畸变的影响规律,分别采用平插板和角插板方式在插板式压力畸变发生器上开展了某型发动机进气畸变试验,并采用综合指数法对数据进行分析。结果表明:在插板遮挡区域内形成了广阔范围的总压恢复系数小的区域,且平插板形成的范围更大;在发动机0.9状态下,为形成综合畸变指数为13%的畸变,需使平插板插入0.3、角插板插入0.4深度,采用平插板时具有更大的面平均总压恢复系数、更低的流量;在相同发动机转速下,随插板步进,周向畸变指数和面平均紊流度均增大,且在小深度时面平均紊流度对畸变指数贡献大,在大深度时周向畸变指数贡献大;对2种插板的畸变趋势与发动机状态、插板深度的关系进行预测可知,在不同发动机状态下,畸变强度均随插板插入深度的增加而增大。研究结果可为后续发动机进气畸变研究提供依据。In order to obtain the influence law of different plug shapes on aeroengine inlet distortion,an engine inlet distortion test was carried out on the plug pressure distortion generator by using the flat plug-in board and the angle plug-in board respectively,and the data were analyzed by using the comprehensive index method.The results show that a wide range of areas with small total pressure recovery coef⁃ficient are formed in the sheltered area of the plug,and the range of the flat plug-in board is larger.When the engine state is at 0.9,in order to form a distortion with a comprehensive distortion index of 13%,it is necessary to insert the flat plug-in board at a depth of 0.3 and the an⁃gle plug-in board at a depth of 0.4.When the flat plug-in board is used,it has a larger surface average total pressure recovery coefficient and a lower flow rate.At the same engine speed,both the circumferential distortion index and the surface average turbulence degree in⁃crease with the step of the plug,and the contribution of the surface average turbulence degree to the distortion index is large at small depth and large at large depth.The relationship between the distortion trend of the two kinds of plug and the engine state and the plug depth is predicted.It can be seen that the distortion intensity increases with the increase of the plug depth under different engine states.The re⁃search results can provide a basis for the follow-up study of engine intake distortion.
