摘 要:针对某型反推力装置缩比模型试验件,应用粒子图像测速(PIV)技术开展了反推力装置叶栅出口外流场结构和测试技术试验。在不同进口落压比下进行外流场测试,得到了叶栅出口流场速度分布和流动的基本结构。探索了粒子图像测速技术应用于外流场工程环境测试方法,提供了通过专用装置防护和减振的方法在PIV技术对气流冲击、振动、噪声等复杂环境问题的解决途径。试验结果表明:气流从叶栅出口排出后沿叶栅型面方向径直流动,落压比对叶栅出口气流速度及分布影响较大,流场形式受其影响较小,在落压比为1.2时,气流速度达到165 m/s;PIV技术结合防护、减振、远程控制等措施能够成功应用于工程外流场测试,通过试验验证确立了基于PIV技术的叶栅出口外流场测试方法,对该技术在相关工程中应用有很大的借鉴意义。Aiming at a scaled model test piece of a certain thrust reverser,Particle Image Velocimetry(PIV)was used to test the struc⁃ture and measurement technology of the external flow field at the cascade outlet.The velocity distribution and flow basic structure of the cascade external flow field were obtained by testing the external flow field under different inlet nozzle drop ratios.The application of PIV technology in the engineering environment test of external flow field was explored,which provided a way to solve complex environmental problems such as airflow impact,vibration,noise in PIV technology by means of special device protection and vibration reduction.The test results show that the airflow flows along the cascade profile after discharging from the cascade outlet,and the nozzle pressure ratio has a great influence on the airflow velocity and distribution at the cascade outlet.and the flow field form is less affected by it.When the nozzle pressure ratio is 1.2,the airflow velocity reaches 165 m/s.PIV technology combined with protection,vibration reduction,remote control and other measures can be successfully applied to the project external flow field test.Through the test verification,the test method of cascade outlet external flow field is established based on PIV technology,which has great reference significance for the application of this technolo⁃gy in related projects.
