摘　　要：嘉庆《新安县志》纂修于清嘉庆二十四年(1819年),是中国古代最后一部记载广东省新安县(包括今深圳市大部分地区和香港地区)的经济、政治、文化、社会、军事等各方面状况的官修志书。主修者时任新安县知县舒懋官,受家族影响,加之自身才华,对方志修纂着意颇深。结合历史和时代变迁,通过自身实地调研,在对康熙《新安县志》等旧志进行修正的基础上,纂修出一部体例完善、记载翔实的上乘佳作。嘉庆《新安县志》的体例为纲目体,凡二十四卷(不包括卷首),共十三门类,篇幅和内容比康熙《新安县志》多了近一倍。其创新之处主要体现在:体例精当,内容详实;凸显特色,彰显人文历史;重细节处,叙事准确,相比旧志能够更加清晰准确地呈现出新安县的人文地理风貌。嘉庆《新安县志》是目前记载深港两地古代历史状况仅存的两本方志之一,从经济状况、政治制度、社会治理、文化底蕴和军事活动等方面对其史料价值进行挖掘,有利于深入研究深圳和香港两地的古代历史,密切两地人文交流,增强香港同胞的民族认同感,构建人文湾区。从文化视角来看,该志书蕴含着深港同宗同源的历史文化资料,同时也包含着深圳和香港独特的民俗资料,具有丰富的史料价值,为研究深圳和香港的客家移民文化提供了参考依据。Compiled in the 24th year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty(1819),the annals of Xin’an County in Jiaqing is the last official annals in ancient China to record the economic,political,cultural,social and military conditions of Xin’an County in Guangdong Province(including most part of Shenzhen and Hong Kong today).The major was Shu maoguan,the magistrate of Xin’an County at that time.Influenced by his family and his own talent,he was deeply interested in the compilation of the annals.Combined with the changes of history and times,through his own field research,and on the basis of revising the old chronicles such as the chronicles of Xin’an County of Kangxi,he compiled a perfect and well-documented masterpiece.The style of Records of Xin’an County in Jiaqing is compendium.There are 24 volumes(excluding the beginning of the volume),a total of 13 categories,and the length and content are nearly twice as much as that of Records of Xin’an County in Kangxi.Its innovation is mainly reflected in:the style is exquisite and the content is detailed;Highlight the characteristics and humanistic history;Focusing on details,the narrative is accurate.Compared with the old chronicles,it can more clearly and accurately present the humanistic and geographical features of Xin’an County.Records of Xin’an County in Jiaqing is one of the only two local chronicles recording the ancient historical situation of Shenzhen and Hong Kong.The research on the historical value of Records of Xin’an County in Jiaqing focuses on the cultural field.
