加工型辣椒新品种辽椒27的选育

摘　　要：辽椒27是以CMS雄性不育系A0934-3为母本,以回交转育获得的恢复系1027-4为父本配制而成的加工型辣椒一代杂种。该品种果实为羊角形,老熟果鲜红色,果面光亮,果纵径13.5 cm,果横径2.5 cm,干椒平均单果重4.2 g,干椒产量在380 kg/667m^(2)左右,作为提取红色素的专用辣椒品种,辣味适中,色价为14.9,适宜在辽宁省进行露地栽培。‘Liaojiao 27’ is a new processing-purpose pepper F;hybrid developed by crossing CMS male sterile line A0934-3 as female parent and the restorer line 1027-4 obtained by backcrossing as male parent.The fruit is horn sharped.The ripe fruit is bright red and the fruit surface is shining.The length of the fruit is 13.5 cm,and the width of the fruit is 2.5 cm.The average single fruit weight of dried pepper is 4.2 g.It can yield about 380 kg/667 m^(2) dry pepper.The clarity of the pigment is 14.9,spicy moderate.As a special pepper variety for extracting capsanthin,it can be cultivated in Liaoning Province in open fields.
