摘 要:在大力倡导节能减排的背景下,结合带式输送机的特性探究其电气节能技术成为热门研究课题。本文首先介绍了带式输送机的张力特性、负载特性和软启动特性,随后概述了可能影响输送机功率的因素,并对输送机带速和运量的匹配进行了简要分析。最后设计了一种电气节能控制系统,并验证了该系统的电气节能效果。试验结果表明,使用电气节能技术后节能效率达到了45.6%,输送带的机械磨损度也明显下降,对节约电能和延长设备寿命方面效果显著。Under the background of vigorously advocating energy saving and emission reduction,it has become a hot research topic to explore the electrical energy saving technology of belt conveyors combined with the characteristics.This paper first introduces the tension characteristics,load characteristics and soft-start characteristics of the belt conveyor,then outlines the factors that may affect the power of the conveyor,and briefly analyzes the matching of the belt speed and the capacity of the conveyor.Finally,an electrical energy-saving control system is designed,and the electrical energy-saving effect of the system is verified.The test results show that after using the electrical energy-saving technology,the energy-saving efficiency reaches 45.6%,and the mechanical wear degree of the conveyor belt is also significantly reduced,which has a significant effect on saving electric energy and prolonging the life of the equipment.
