摘  要:某型飞机服役后,软油箱的衬盘发生断裂。本文通过断口宏观和微观观察分析、显微组织检验、化学成分分析、硬度检验等方法对衬盘的断裂失效进行分析。结果表明:衬盘的橡胶性能满足设计要求,但衬盘的铝合金骨架的显微组织为过烧组织,铝合金性能变脆,当衬盘受到异常外力时,橡胶部件发生直接加载下的韧性断裂,而铝合金骨架发生沿晶断裂。After an aircraft was serviced,the sealing gasket of soft tank fractured.In this paper,the fracture failure of the lining plate is analyzed by means of fracture macroscopic and microscopic observation and analysis,microstructure inspection,chemical composition analysis,and hardness inspection.The results show that the performance of rubber of the sealing gasket meets the requirement.The microstructure of the Aluminum alloy frame of the sealing gasket is burnt organization and the performance of the aluminum is brittle.When subjected by abnormal external force application,the rubber part of the sealing gasket occur ductile fracture which is loaded directly,while the aluminum alloy frame of the sealing gasket occur intergranular fracture.
