摘  要:胡椒属(Piper L.)植物全世界约有2000种,中国约有60种,该属植物多具药用价值。分离纯化顶花胡椒中的化学成分,并进行抗菌活性测定。利用各种柱色谱分离方法对顶花胡椒成分进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析对分离提纯得到的单体化合物进行结构鉴定,并用琼脂稀释法对其进行抗菌活性评价。分离了3个化合物并鉴定了其中2个的化学结构,分别为木脂素类的5-methoxysesamin(1)、酰胺生物碱类的Pipercallosidine(2)。化合物1对西瓜枯萎病菌、大豆炭疽病菌和番茄青枯病菌的MIC值分别为12.6ug/mL、17.1ug/mL、11.7ug/mL;化合物2对西瓜枯萎病菌、大豆炭疽病菌和番茄青枯病菌的MIC值分别是12.4ug/mL、8.7ug/mL、10.4ug/mL。该研究表明顶花胡椒有一定的抗菌活性成分,为顶花胡椒的进一步研究提供了依据。There are about 2,000 species of Piper L.worldwide,and contain about 60 species in China,many plants of this genus have medicinal value.Isolated the chemical components from Piper terminaliflorum and determined their anti-microbial activities.The chemical constituents of Piper terminaliflorum wereisolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques.Their structures were determined on the basis of physical properties and spectroscopic data.And evaluated the anti-microbial activities by Agar Dilution method.Three compounds were isolated and two compounds were identified.Respectively is:5-methoxysesamin(1),Pipercallosidine(2).Compound 1 has anti-microbial activities to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Niveum,Colletotrichum glycines,Ralstonia solanaceance,MIC were 12.6ug/mL,17.1ug/mL,11.7ug/mL;Compound 2 has anti-microbial activities to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Niveum,Colletotrichum glycines,Ralstonia solanaceance,MIC were 12.4ug/mL,8.7ug/mL,10.4ug/mL.CONCLUSION:Piper terminaliflo-rum has anti-microbial activities,and the result of this study provides reference for more research on Piper terminaliflorum.
