海南热带雨林国家公园管护能力建设现状、问题与对策

摘　　要：海南热带雨林国家公园建设对于保护热带雨林生态系统原真性和完整性,以及探索将“绿水青山”转化为“金山银山”路径具有重要的实践意义,而提升管护能力则是国家公园建设的关键内容之一。该文在概述海南热带雨林国家公园建设现状的基础上,剖析了海南热带雨林国家公园管护能力方面存在的主要问题,并结合当前以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系改革背景,提出了有助于管护能力建设的对策建议。The construction of Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park is of great practical significance for protecting the integrity of natural ecosystems,and to protect biodiversity and ecological safety barriers.Moreover,it has important practical significance for exploring the path to transform“lucid waters and lush mountains”converting into“golden mountains and silver mountains”.While improving the management and protection capabilities is the key to the construction of Hainan Tropical RainforestNational Park.The paper based on the overview of the current situation of the construction of Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park,analyzes the main problems existing in the management and protection capacity.At the same time,combined with the current reform background of the natural protected area system with national parks,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to help the construction of management and protection capacity.
