摘 要:为研究甘露寡糖剂量和添加时间对肉鸡生长性能及血清生化指标的影响,本试验选用240只1日龄白羽肉鸡饲养至21日龄,按体重相近、公母各半的原则随机分为5组:对照组和试验组1、2、3、4,每组8个重复,试验期为18 d。对照组不做处理,试验组1、2、3肉鸡21日龄时分别连续饲喂0.05、0.1、0.15 g/L的甘露寡糖溶液18 d,给予试验组4肉鸡28日龄时饲喂0.05 g/L甘露寡糖溶液,连用10 d。所有肉鸡于第19天采集血液、肝、脾、胃、小肠和大肠各段测定血清生化指标和器官指数。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组1肉鸡脾脏重量和脾脏指数显著增加了45.74%和46.00%(P<0.05);试验组3肉鸡肝脏指数显著增加28.36%(P<0.05)。与试验组1相比,试验组3肉鸡总肠道指数显著增加18.15%(P<0.05),空肠指数极显著增加了26.40%(P<0.01);试验组4肉鸡腺胃、空肠和肠道指数显著增加了42.21%、20.21%和18.57%(P<0.05)。与试验组3相比,试验组1肉鸡体重显著增加了20.00%(P<0.05)。与试验组4相比,试验组1肉鸡体重和肝脏重量极显著增加了28.00%和37.62%(P<0.01),脾脏重量显著增加了48.91%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组2肉鸡血清葡萄糖含量显著升高了27.24%(P<0.05);试验组4肉鸡γ-谷氨酰转肽酶和高密度脂蛋白含量显著升高了69.84%和25.81%(P<0.05)。与试验组1相比,试验组2肉鸡血清葡萄糖含量显著升高了11.76%(P<0.05)。与试验组4相比,试验组2肉鸡γ-谷氨酰转肽酶含量显著降低33.09%(P<0.05)。综上所述,21日龄肉鸡饮水中添加0.05 g/L甘露寡糖可改善消化吸收能力,促进生产性能,增强机体免疫功能。In order to study the effects of mannan oligosaccharide dosage and addition time on the growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of broilers,240 1-day-old white feather broilers were raised to 21 days old. According to the principle of similar weight and half male and half female,they were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group and experimental groups 1,2,3 and 4,with 8 repetitions in each group,and the experimental period was 18 d. The control group was not treated. The broilers in test groups 1,2 and 3 were fed with 0.05,0.1 g/L and 0.15 g/L mannan oligosaccharide solution for 18 days at the age of 21 days respectively,and the broilers in test group 4 were fed with 0.05 g/L mannan oligosaccharide solution at the age of 28 days for 10 days. All broilers collected blood,liver,spleen,stomach,small intestine and large intestine on the 19th day to determine serum biochemical indexes and organ index. The results showed that compared with the control group,the spleen weight and spleen index of broilers in test group 1increased significantly by 45.74% and 46.00%(P < 0.05);The liver index of broilers in test group 3 increased significantly by 16.31%(P < 0.05). Compared with group 1,the total intestinal index of broilers in group 3increased significantly by 18.15%(P < 0.05),and the jejunal index increased significantly by 26.40%(P <0.01);The indexes of glandular stomach,jejunum and intestine of broilers in test group 4 increased significantly by 42.21%,20.21% and 18.57%(P < 0.05). Compared with test group 3,the weight of broilers in test group 1 increased significantly by 20.00%(P < 0.05). Compared with experimental group 4,the weight and liver weight of broilers in experimental group 1 increased significantly by 28% and 37.62%(P < 0.01),and the weight of spleen increased significantly by 48.91%(P < 0.05).
