摘  要:抽水蓄能电站静止变频器(static frequency converter,SFC)带电机启动时常引发电能质量问题,其中谐波和电压跌落有可能导致厂用电异常,进而造成设备损坏和装置误动。根据某抽水蓄能电站的实际接线情况和现场实测数据,提出了抽水蓄能电站电能质量实测试验和风险分析的技术方案,创新了一种利用机组开机组合来优化系统的运行方式。基于PSCAD建立了完整的抽水蓄能电站模型,仿真结果表明,该方法能够有效改善电站内的电能质量问题,并具有较好的经济性和实用性。The static frequency converter(SFC)startup process of the pumped-storage plant in pumping mode causes power quality problems frequently,where harmonics and voltage drops may lead to abnormal auxiliary consumption,resulting in equipment damage and device mis-operations.According to the actual wiring situation and field measured data of a pumpedstorage plant,the technical scheme for the power quality measurement test and risk analysis of the pumped-storage plant is proposed,and a new operational method is innovated by using the unit startup combination.The simulation results show that this method can effectively improve the power quality in the plant and has good economy and practicability.
