摘 要:以浙江某城镇污水处理厂为研究对象,在其受到上游工业园区余氯工业废水冲击期间,对厌氧-缺氧-好氧(AAO)和序批式活性污泥法(SBR)两种不同活性污泥处理工艺的运行影响和出水水质进行研究,研究了余氯工业废水冲击及恢复期间两种工艺的出水数据、污泥指数(SVI)和比耗氧速率(SOUR)的变化,并检测了活性污泥的微生物丰度。结果表明:余氯工业废水冲击会造成AAO工艺和SBR工艺运行性能的下降,AAO活性污泥受到的冲击影响程度比SBR更高,SBR工艺的出水水质、技术指标均要优于AAO,活性污泥中的硝化菌和COD_(Cr)降解菌丰度也要高于AAO。在冲击过程中对AAO和SBR采用相同的恢复措施,SBR工艺的运行性能恢复速度比AAO快,出水数据恢复时间早于AAO。Taking an urban wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Zhejiang Province as the research object,the effects of two different activated sludge treatment processes(AAO and SBR)on operation and effluent quality during the impact of residual chlorine industrial wastewater from the upstream industrial park were studied,including changes of effluent data,sludge index(SVI)and specific oxygen consumption rate(SOUR)of the two processes during the impact and recovery of residual chlorine industrial wastewater,and the microbial abundance of activated sludge was measured.The results indicated that the impact of residual chlorine industrial wastewater will result in the decline of operation performance of the two processes,the impact effect of AAO was higher than that of SBR,the effluent quality and technical indices of SBR process were better than AAO,and the abundance of nitrifying bacteria and COD_(Cr) degrading bacteria in activated sludge was higher than AAO.The same recovery measures were adopted for two processes during the impact process,the recovery speed of SBR process was faster than that of AAO,and the recovery time of effluent data was earlier than that of AAO.
