摘 要:为了探讨电絮凝技术处理高浓度聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)废水的效能,该研究构建了一套电絮凝处理系统,分别考察了电极材料、电流密度、极板间距、初始PAM浓度和电解时间对电絮凝系统处理效果的影响。结果表明,在极板间距为2 cm、极板材料为铝、电流密度为15 mA/cm^(2)、PAM质量浓度为800 mg/L下,电解35 min后,PAM、黏度和COD_(Cr)去除率分别为98%、93%和69%。电絮凝技术可以有效且快速地去除水中高浓度的PAM,但对废水中COD_(Cr)的去除效果有限,约30%的COD_(Cr)无法通过电絮凝去除。In order to explore the effectiveness of electrocoagulation technology in the treatment of high-concentration polyacrylamide(PAM)wastewater,an electrocoagulation treatment system was constructed in this study,and the influence of four parameters of electrode material,current density,electrode spacing,initial PAM concentration and electrolysis time on the treatment effect of the system were studied.Rresults showed that when electrode plate spacing was 2 cm,electrode plate material was aluminum,current density was 15 mA/cm^(2),PAM mass concentration was 800 mg/L and the electrolysis time was 35 min,the removal rates of PAM,viscosity and COD_(Cr) were 98%,93%and 69%,respectively.Electrocoagulation technology could effectively and quickly remove highconcentration PAM in water,but its effect on COD_(Cr) removal in wastewater was limited,about 30%of COD_(Cr) could not be removed by electrocoagulation.
