摘　　要：针对心脑血管疾病的高死亡率和人口老龄化程度不断加剧的现况,文中设计一种用于心脏病监测和老年人居家护理的监测装置,以实现心率、心电、体表温度、运动状况的检测、传输和显示。系统以STM32处理器作为控制核心,通过ADS1292R采集心电信号,经过数字滤波后计算出心率;再利用LMT70采集数据,通过公式将其转换成温度数据,并融合加速度计传感器MPU6050的数据解算出使用者的运动状态,实现运动步数和运动距离的测量;最后,通过串口蓝牙模块将数据传输到手机APP并进行实时显示。经实验验证得到,人体各项体征参数的测量值与真实值的相对误差都较小,其中心率、运动距离和运动步数的相对误差都不大于5%,温度的测量误差绝对值不大于2℃。研究结果表明,所设计的监测装置能够有效、实时、稳定地采集人体各项体征参数并实现数据的传输和显示,具有体积小、功耗小和成本低的特点。In allusion to the current situation of the high mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the increasing aging of the population,a monitoring device for heart disease and home care of the elderly is designed,which can realize the detection,transmission and display of heart rate,electrocardiogram(ECG),body surface temperature and movement status.In the system,the STM32 processor is used as the control core,electrocardio signals are collected by means of ADS1292R,and the heart rate is calculated after digital filtering.The data collected by LMT70 is converted into the temperature data by the formula,and integrated with data from the accelerometer sensor MPU6050 to calculate users′movement state and achieve the measurement of movement steps and movement distance.The data is transmitted to the mobile APP by means of the serial port Bluetooth module to display in real time.The experimental results show that the relative error between the measured value and the true value of the physical parameters of human body is small,the relative errors of heart rate,movement distance and movement steps are not more than 5%,and the absolute value of measuring error of temperature is not more than 2℃.The research results show that the designed monitoring device can effectively and stably collect various physical parameters of human body in real time,and realize the data transmission and display.It has the characteristics of small size,low power consumption and low cost.
