摘  要:为降低风速、风向等自然因素对红枣枣园实际植保喷雾作业时喷雾效果的影响,并提高其病虫害防治能力,文中分别建立风力隶属度函数、风向隶属度函数、舵机运动隶属度函数,构建输入信号与输出信号之间的模糊逻辑关系,运用模糊算法设计一种以STM32为控制核心的枣园自动喷雾装置。该装置以亚甲基蓝溶液为试验试剂,以枣树叶片表面雾滴沉积量为试验指标,在风速为2.2 m/s,3.3 m/s,3.6 m/s,2.5 m/s,风向角度为10°,30°,60°,120°条件下,与传统未开启自动喷雾系统装置进行对比试验。实验结果表明:所设计装置硬件电路各部分连接合理,软件程序运行稳定;当外界环境如风力、风向角度发生突变时,与传统未开启自动喷雾系统的装置相比,文中装置能够自动调整喷雾输出参数,显著提高枣片上的雾滴沉积量,从而实现提高喷雾效果的功能。In order to reduce the impects of natural factors(wind speed,wind direction,etc.)on the spraying effect in red dates jujube orchard during the actual plant protection spray operation and improve orchards ′ pest control ability,the wind force membership function, wind direction membership function and steering gear motion membership function are established respectively,the fuzzy logic relationship between the input signal and the output signal are constructed,and a jujube orchard automatic spraying device taking STM32 as its control core is designed by means of the fuzzy algorithm. Taking methylene blue solution as the test reagent and the droplet deposition amount on the leaf surface of jujube tree as the test index,this device was compared with the traditional device with unopened automatic spraying system under the conditions of wind speed of 2.2 m/s,3.3 m/s,3.6 m/s and 2.5 m/s,and wind direction angle of 10°,30°,60° and 120° respectively. The experimental results show that the connection between hardware circuits of the designed device is reasonable and the software program runs stably;when the wind force or the wind direction angle of the external environment changes abruptly,this device can automatically adjust the output parameters of the spray in comparison with the traditional device with unopen automatic spraying system;the device can significantly improve the deposition amount of spraying droplets on the jujube leafs,so as to realize the spraying effect.
