摘  要:文中基于正交试验法进行贡献率分析并设计蒙特卡罗分析流程,制定最佳容差设计方案。首先,分析磁耦合无线电能传输系统特性,建立系统无权网络模型并确定其类型,得到各节点重要度相似的结论;然后,针对谐振器中元器件参数的分散性问题,研究谐振器容差分析方法,通过正交试验法分析贡献率来确定参数对传输特性的影响程度,从而制订容差分配方案;最后,对11种容差方案下的系统传输特性进行实验研究,设计蒙特卡罗分析流程,分析不同方案下传输功率、效率的分散性及满足传输功率波动不超过±20%、传输效率大于85%要求的概率,验证最佳容差分配方案的合理性。结果表明,发射侧电感、发射侧电容及接收侧电感的容差选取1%,接收侧电容的容差选取10%,可使满足传输要求的概率由最差的46%提升到96.5%。Based on the orthogonal experiment method,the contribution rate is analyzed and the Monte Carlo analysis process is designed to formulate the best tolerance design scheme.The characteristics of the magnetically coupled wireless power transmission system are analyzed,the un-weighted network model of the system is established,the network type is determined,and the conclusion that the importance of each node is similar is obtained.In allusion to the dispersion of component parameters in the resonator,the method of tolerance analysis resonator is studied.The influence of parameters on transmission characteristics is determined by analyzing the contribution rate by means of the orthogonal test method,and the tolerance allocation scheme is formulated.The transmission characteristics of the system under 11 tolerance schemes are experimentally studied,Monte Carlo analysis process is designed,the dispersion of transmission power and efficiency under different schemes and the probability that the transmission power fluctuation does not exceed±20%and the transmission efficiency is greater than 85%are analyzed,and the rationality of the optimal tolerance allocation scheme is verified.The results show that the tolerance of the transmitted side inductor,the transmitting side capacitance and the receiving side inductor is 1%,and the tolerance of the receiving side capacitance is selected from 10%,which can enhance the probability of transmission requirements by 46%to 96.5%.
