基于虚拟DPU和EIO技术的水电控制系统国产化改造应用

摘　　要：水电站控制系统的智能化和国产化是未来水电建设的发展趋势。EDPF-NT Plus系统通过集成化、智能化、网络化全面提升性能和扩展功能。在水电机组控制系统的国产化改造和替代方面,EDPF-NT Plus开发了基于虚拟DPU和EIO的灵活、高效的通信接口和系统集成技术,在网络通信、应用实现上充分兼容现有国外品牌的水电控制系统产品。本文介绍了面向水电国产化改造的EDPF-NT Plus关键技术和虚拟DPU与EIO技术。以国内某水电站控制系统国产化改造为例。通过在运行员站上部署虚拟DPU,再配合EIO技术来灵活、高效地实现与现有国外品牌的现场控制单元的数据通信,从而实现部分国产化系统的集成,在工程实践中得到成功应用。Intelligent and home-made control system for hydropower plant is the main development trend for hydropower construction in the future.System performance and functions of EDPF-NT Plus were enhanced with integration,intelligence and network technologies.As for the innovation and substitution with home-made control system for hydropower,flexible and highly efficient communication interfaces and system integration based on virtual DPU and EIO technologies were developed for EDPF-NT Plus.Virtual DPU and EIO technologies of EDPF-NT Plus for the innovation and substitution with home-made control system were presented.Flexible and highly efficient communication to exotic distributed control units was implemented with virtual DPU and EIO deployed in operator work-stations,and substitution by home-made products was partly implemented.The approach was proved successful in practice.
