摘  要:抽水蓄能机组普遍具有水头高、转速快、双向旋转、过渡过程复杂和运行工况多变等显著特点,机组运行稳定性成为关注重点。噪声测点具有安装方便、捕捉信息全面的特点,因此,可对噪声信号进行挖掘分析来实现机组的运行预警。本文开创性地提出了等效连续L声级的声级谱构建方法,通过构建机组健康状态下基准声级谱、求取实时声级谱以及对两者进行比较,可检测出机组的异常状态和异常原因,并结合实例进行了论述。Pumped storage units are generally characterized by high work head,fast rotating speed,bidirectional rotation,complex transition process and variable operating conditions.So the operation stability of unit becomes the focus.Noise measuring point has the characters of easy installation and capturing information comprehensively.Therefore,data mining and analysis on noise signal can be used to fulfill operation warning for pumped storage unit.The construction method of sound level spectrum matrix using equivalent continuous sound level L was initiatively put forward in this paper.Through building sound level spectrum under healthy condition,obtaining real-time sound level spectrum and comparing the later to the former,the abnormal condition of unit can be detected.And the method was discussed by using an example,is a result,the method put forward in this pater is worth popularizing and applying.
