潞党参口服液改善肿瘤放化疗后患者生活质量的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨潞党参口服液在改善肿瘤放化疗后患者生活质量的临床应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月~2021年1月期间收治的行放化疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者128例为研究对象,随机划分为观察组和对照组,每组64例。对照组给予单纯放化疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用潞党参口服液治疗,比较分析两组患者治疗前后的生活质量、肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、1 s用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC]、免疫功能[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)]及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗前两组患者生活质量各项评分比较差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后均有明显下降,而观察组比对照组明显更高(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC比较差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后均有上升,且观察组比对照组更高(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者IgA、IgM、IgG比较差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后对照组有下降,观察组比对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论 潞党参口服液有助于改善肿瘤患者放化疗后生活质量、肺功能及免疫功能,减少不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ludangshen Oral Liquid in improving the quality of life of patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 128 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given radiotherapy and chemotherapy alone,and the observation group was treated with Ludangshen Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group.Quality of life,lung function[forced vital capacity (FVC),1s forced expiratory volume (FEV_(1)),FEV_(1)/FVC],immune function[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),but there was a significant decrease after treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P0.05),but increased after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group (P0.05),but decreased in the control group after treatment,and higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ludangshen Oral Liquid can improve the quality of life,lung function and immune function of tumor patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
