电针联合中频电刺激治疗脑卒中后功能性便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨针灸联合中频电刺激治疗脑卒中后功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法 参照纳入及排除标准收集90例脑卒中后功能性便秘患者,随机分为电针组、中频电刺激组及治疗组,各30例(试验过程中,电针组及中频治疗组脱落2例,治疗组脱落1例)。单纯电针组取天枢、足三里,中频电治疗组单纯予中频电治疗;治疗组为上述针刺疗法结合中频电刺激,共治疗14 d,并在治疗后1个月进行随访。采用便秘临床症状评分表(CCS)及Bristol大便性状分型评估表(BSFS)比较三组患者的临床疗效。结果 治疗前三组患者CCS评分及BSFS评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗2周后及随访期间CCS评分较治疗前降低,BSFS评分提高。电针组及中频电刺激组在治疗后2周及随访期间的CCS评分均高于治疗组(P<0.05),BSFS评分均低于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 单纯电针及中频电刺激治疗脑卒中后功能性便秘有一定的效果,两者合用后治疗效果更有优势。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with medium frequency electric stimulation instrument on functional constipation after stroke.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,90 patients with functional constipation after stroke were collected and randomly divided into electroacupuncture group,frequency electric stimulation instrument group and treatment group,with 30 patients in each group(two patients in the electroacupuncture group and medium frequency electric stimulation instrument group were detached,and one patient in the treatment group was detached during the trial).Tianshu and Zusanli were given to the group of electroacupuncture alone,and the group of medium frequency electric stimulation was given to the group of medium frequency electric stimulation instrument alone.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with medium frequency electrical stimulation for 14 days,and followed up 1 month after treatment.Clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared using the constipation scoring system(CCS) and Bristol stool form Scale(BSFS).Results The CCS scores and BSFS scores of patients in three groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P > 0.05),CCS scores of patients after two weeks treatment and during follow-up were lower than those before treatment,while BSFS score was higher.The CCS score of the electroacupuncture group and medium frequency electric stimulation group was higher than the treatment group after two-weeks-treatment and during follow-up(P < 0.05),and the BSFS score was lower than the treatment group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05),and those difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture and medium frequency electrical stimulation have certain effects on functional constipation after stroke,and the combined treatment of the two has more advantages.
