益肾蠲痹法论治颈椎病

摘　　要：颈椎病目前发病率较高,严重影响人们的生活作息。本文立足于国医大师朱良春“益肾蠲痹法”论治颈椎病,从历史源流、病因病机、诊断、辨证分型、治则治法、处方用药、转归与预后七个方面全面剖析颈椎病的中医中药治疗手段。“益肾蠲痹法”旨在通过补虚泻实,标本兼治,配伍虫类用药的思想,共除风寒湿痰瘀、平补肝肾,缓解颈椎病患者的痛苦,从而治愈疾患。今笔者总结此法,以供各位同道参考。Cervical spondylosis has a high incidence at present,which seriously affects people’s life and rest.This paper,based on the treatment of cervical spondylosis by the "method of Benefiting Kidney and Eliminating Obstruction" by Zhu Liangchun,a master of Traditional Chinese Medicine,comprehensively analyzed the TCM treatment methods of cervical spondylosis from seven aspects:historical origin,etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment principles and methods,prescription medication,outcome and prognosis.The method of "Benefiting Kidney and Eliminating Obstruction " aims to eliminate wind,cold,dampness,phlegm and blood stasis,smooth liver and kidney,relieve the pain of patients with cervical spondylosis,and thus cure the disease by treating both symptoms and root causes,and combining the ideas of insect medicine.Now the author summarizes this method for your reference.
