摘 要:通过对电机端盖卡扣模型进行仿真分析,引入了一种可以直接加工且较经济的电机端盖锁紧结构,并对卡扣结构的形状、尺寸以及刀具的形状进行仿真分析,确定一个便于加工又可以满足锁紧要求的形状尺寸作为电机壳体加工的方法。对仿真分析的确定方案进行实验验证。仿真结果和实验结果表明,电机端盖锁紧结构具有较高的稳定性和锁紧性能。在刀具下压锁紧卡扣跟脚的过程中,卡扣脚的变形较为均匀,对刀具施加压力也满足工艺的要求,卡扣的变形没有传导到电机壳体的其他部位。In this paper,through the simulation analysis of the motor cover buckle,a more economical motor end cover locking structure was introduced.The shape,size and tool shape of the buckle structure were simulated and analyzed.A shape and size were convenient for processing and met the locking requirements was determined as the motor shell processing method.The results of simulation analysis were verified by experiments.The simulation results and experimental results show that the motor cover locking structure mentioned has high stability and locking performance.In the process of clamping the cramp,the deformation of the cramp is uniform,and the pressure on the tool meets the manufacture requirements.The deformation does not transmit to other parts of the motor shell,it only concentrated around the clamping foot.
