摘 要:塔河区块TP12-8井区白垩系巴什基奇克组、卡普沙良群组含有大段棕红色泥岩夹膏质泥岩,泥岩中蒙脱石含量高达60%以上,易吸水膨胀、分散,导致缩径、井塌、掉块等,引起卡钻、井塌等复杂。通过室内实验优选出氯化钾聚合物钻井液体系并在TP12-Q5H现场应用,结果表明该钻井液抑制防塌能力强,抗高温性能及流变性能好,钻井液性能稳定,能够有效保护油气层,节余钻井周期35.38%,二开、三开平均井径扩大率为7.07%和7.10%,在泥岩井段施工中没有发生井壁失稳、划眼、卡钻等井下复杂情况,达到安全钻井的要求。The Cretaceous Bashijiqike formation and Kapushaliang formation in well TP12-8 of Tahe block contain a large section of brownish red mudstone intercalated with gypsum mudstone.The content of montmorillonite in the mudstone is more than 60%,which is easy to absorb water,expand and disperse,leading to shrinkage,well collapse,block falling,etc.,causing complex problems such as sticking and well collapse.Potassium chloride polymer drilling fluid system was optimized through laboratory experiments and applied in tp12-q5H field.The results show that the drilling fluid has strong anti sloughing ability,good high temperature resistance and rheological properties,stable drilling fluid performance,and can effectively protect oil and gas reservoirs.The remaining drilling cycle is 35.38%,and the average diameter expansion rate of second and third spud is 7.07%and 7.10%,During the construction of mudstone well section,there are no downhole complications such as wellbore instability,reaming and sticking,which meet the requirements of safe drilling.
