摘 要:采用合成NaA型沸石为主要原料,田菁粉为造孔剂,通过模压法在低温下烧结得到一种多孔陶瓷膜,探讨了烧结温度和造孔剂含量对多孔陶瓷膜孔隙率、孔径、弯曲强度和氮气渗透量的影响。结果表明:提高造孔剂含量可增大陶瓷膜的孔隙率,使其具有较好的气体渗透性;温度对多孔陶瓷膜的性能影响较大,温度太低不能满足强度需求,温度达到900℃时转变为三斜霞石结构,形成致密膜结构,孔隙率降低,氮气渗透量急剧下降;在最优烧结温度800℃和造孔剂含量5%条件下制备的陶瓷膜,弯曲强度最高值为14.57 MPa,孔隙率为30.99%,平均孔径为12.91 nm,在0.25 MPa压力下氮气渗透量为312 m^(3)·m^(-2)·h^(-1)。所制备的陶瓷膜具有运用于超滤领域的潜在可能性。Using synthetic NaA zeolite as the main raw material and sesbania powder as pore-forming agent,a porous ceramic membrane was prepared by molding and sintering at low temperature.The effects of sintering temperature and pore-forming agent content on porosity,pore size,flexural strength and nitrogen penetration of porous ceramic membrane were investigated.The results show that increasing the content of pore-forming agent can increase the porosity of ceramic membrane and have better gas permeability.Temperature has great influence on the properties of porous ceramic membrane;the temperature is too low to meet the strength requirements.When the temperature reaches 900℃,it turns into three oblique nepheline structure and forms a dense film structure.The porosity decreases and nitrogen permeability drops sharply.When the optimum sintering temperature is 800℃and the content of pore-forming agent is 5%,the maximum flexural strength is 14.57 MPa,the porosity is 30.99%,and the average pore size is 12.91 nm,and the nitrogen permeation at 0.25 MPa is 312 m^(3)·m^(-2)·h^(-1).The prepared ceramic membrane has potential application in the field of ultrafiltration.
