摘 要:建筑自保温墙体系统因其安全性、防火性、耐久性得到广泛应用。以普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,掺入粉煤灰、硅灰及外加剂,应用化学发泡方法制备一种超轻质泡沫混凝土,将其填充入配套优化设计的烧结页岩空心砌块中,研制成高性能烧结页岩复合保温砌块。结果表明:复合保温砌块28 d平均抗压强度5.78 MPa,强度等级满足MU7.5强度等级要求,墙体传热系数为0.69 W·m^(-2)·K^(-1),与240 mm厚传统烧结页岩空心砌块相比,保温性能提升了42.5%。该种高性能复合保温砌块可为夏热冬冷地区自保温墙体材料的选用提供新的选项。Self-insulation wall system of building is widely used for its safety,fire resistance,and durability.Using ordinary Portland cement as gel material,adding fly ash,silica fume,and admixture,a kind of ultra-lightweight foamed concrete was prepared by using chemical foaming method.It was filled into the sintered shale hollow block with optimized design,and a sort of high-performance sintered shale composite insulation block was prepared.The test results show that the 28 d average compressive strength of the composite thermal insulation block is 5.78 MPa,the strength grade meets the MU7.5 strength grade requirement,and the wall heat transfer coefficient is 0.69 W·m^(-2)·K^(-1).Compared with 240 mm traditional thick sintered shale hollow block,its thermal insulation performance is improved by 42.5%.The obtained high-performance sintered shale composite insulation block provides a new option for the selection of self-insulation wall materials in the areas of hot summer and cold winter.
