摘 要:针对制造商与供应商构成的两级供应链的可靠性优化设计问题,考虑供应链各个环节供应商的不确定性和市场价格的不确定性,建立了可靠性约束下供应链成本最低的供应商数量最优化模型,提出了同时考虑供应链可靠性和成本的综合重要度系数,给出了求解最优化模型的搜索算法。实例分析表明了本文方法的可行性和有效性,可为制造商在供应链设计阶段优化供应商提供理论依据。Aiming at the reliability optimization design problem of a two-level supply chain composed of manufacturers and suppliers,and considering the uncertainty of suppliers in each link of the supply chain and the uncertainty of market price,the optimal model of the number of suppliers with the lowest cost in the supply chain under reliability constraints is established;a comprehensive importance coefficient considering both supply chain reliability and cost is proposed;and a search algorithm for solving the optimization model is provided.The example analysis shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method,which can provide a theoretical basis for manufacturers to optimize suppliers in the supply chain design stage.
