摘 要:开发高效、稳定、低成本的乙炔氢氯化无汞催化剂是聚氯乙烯(PVC)行业的迫切需求。碳基非金属催化剂不含金属元素,具有无毒无害、廉价易得等优点,成为继金基催化剂后的又一研究热点。结合该领域近年来的研究成果,从碳基材料的性质和结构出发,针对乙炔氢氯化反应中碳基材料活性不高、稳定性低等问题,重点综述了提高碳基材料催化活性的策略和进展,包括非金属原子掺杂、结构设计和缺陷调控,分析了当下乙炔氢氯化碳基非金属催化剂所面临的挑战,最后提出探索催化机理,简化合成方法,寻找再生途径是该研究发展的关键所在。The development of an efficient,stable and low-cost acetylene hydrochlorination mercury-free catalyst was an urgent demand in the polyvinyl chloride(PVC)industry.Carbon-based non-metallic catalysts,which had the advantages of non-toxic,harmless,cheap and easy to obtain,began to be another research hotspot after the gold-based catalysts.Combining the resent research achievements in this field,based on the properties and structures of carbon-based materials,and focusing on the low activity and low stability of carbon based materials,the strategies and progress of improving the catalytic activity of carbon-based materials in the acetylene hydrochlorination reaction were reviewed,including nonmetallic-atom doping,structural design and defect control.The current challenges of acetylene chlorofluorocarbon-based nonmetallic catalysts were also analyzed.Finally,the exploring of the catalytic mechanism,simplifying the synthesis method and finding the way of regeneration were proposed as the key of this field.
