摘  要:以1,10-癸二酸、1,4-丁二醇和衣康酸等为起始单体,经缩合聚合得到柔性不饱和生物聚酯,并且以二异氰酸酯为扩链剂成功地提高了生物聚酯的分子量。对生物聚酯和扩链聚酯对聚乳酸的增韧作用进行了分析,结果表明:质量分数15%的生物聚酯可以将聚乳酸的断裂伸长率提高9倍,扩链后的聚酯可以提高14倍;质量分数15%的生物聚酯可以将聚乳酸的冲击强度提高5.8倍,而扩链后的生物聚酯可以提高8.2倍。生物基材料增韧聚乳酸不仅能提高其延展性和冲击强度,而且还能保持其良好的可降解属性,必将是聚乳酸改性研究的重要方向。In this study,bio-based flexible unsaturated polyester(BPE-1)was obtained via condensation polymerization from 1,10-decanedioic acid,butane-1,4-diol and itaconic acid,and so on.Furthermore,the higher molecular mass bio-polyester(BPE-2)was obtained using isocyanate as chain extender.The toughening effect of BPE-1 and BPE-2 on polylactic acid(PLA)was analyzed.The results indicate that the elongation at break of PLA can be effectively improved by 9 times by addition of 15%BPE,while the improvement by BPE-2 is about 14 times.Moreover,the impact strength of PLA has improved by 5.8 times by 15%of BPE-1,and it is 8.2 times for the BPE-2.Not only the elongation at break and impact strength of PLA are improved,but also the bio-degradation ability of PLA is well reserved through toughening by bio-based materials.It must be an important direction in the research on modification of PLA.
