摘 要:为进一步提升聚丙烯(PP)材料的环保特性并实现其轻量化应用,以天然、廉价的稻壳纤维和纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO_(3))为填料,基于化学发泡注塑成型工艺制备了PP复合材料,探究了稻壳纤维和nano-CaCO_(3)对复合材料性能和发泡行为的影响。研究发现,稻壳纤维和nano-CaCO_(3)能够促进泡孔成核,使复合材料内部形成致密的泡孔结构,在保证其力学性能的前提下实现材料的轻量化。而且,稻壳纤维/PP复合材料能有效利用农业废弃生物质资源,减少PP原料的使用,对绿色环保具有重要意义。In order to further improve the environmental protection characteristics of polypropylene(PP)material and realize its lightweight application,the polypropylene composite was prepared by chemical foaming injection molding process with natural and cheap rice-husk fiber and nano-CaCO_(3) as filler.The effects of rice-husk fiber and nano-CaCO_(3) on the performances and foaming behaviors of the composite were studied.It is found that rice-husk fiber and nano-CaCO_(3) can promote the nucleation of cells,form a dense cellular structure inside the composite,and realize the lightweight of the material on the premise of guaranteeing its mechanical performances.Moreover,rice-husk fiber/PP composite can effectively utilize agricultural waste biomass resources and reduce the use of PP raw materials,which has a great significance to green environmental protection.
