摘  要:采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对磷石膏(PG)、赤泥(RM)、磷石膏赤泥混合物(PG/RM)改性高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的结晶过程及结晶动力学进行了研究。结果表明,PG、RM、PG/RM的加入可以提高HDPE的结晶峰值温度(T_(p)),同时增加结晶度(X_(c)),其中PG/RM的效果最好,相比HDPE,T_(p)增加了3.7℃,X_(c)增加近6%。从等温动力学来看,PG、RM、PG/RM的加入没有改变HDPE的n值,但提高了HDPE的结晶速率常数(k)和结晶速率(G),缩短了半结晶时间(t_(1/2))和结晶速率最快的时间(t_(max)),其中PG/RM的效果最好。在120℃的结晶温度下,相比于HDPE,PG/RM/HDPE的k值提高了18倍,G提高了2.7倍,t_(1/2)缩短了73%,t_(max)缩短了71%。The crystallization process and isothermal crystallization kinetics of high density polyethylene(HDPE)modified by phosphogypsum(PG),red mud(RM),mixture of PG/RM were studied through differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The results show that the addition of PG,RM and PG/RM could increase the crystallization peak temperature(T_(p))and crystallinity(X_(c))of HDPE,and PG/RM has the best effect.Comparing with HDPE,T_(p) has increased 3.7℃and X_(c) increases by nearly 6%.According to isothermal crystallization kinetics,the addition of PG,RM and PG/RM could not change the n value of HDPE,but increases the crystallization rate constant k and crystallization rate G,shortens the half crystallization time t_(1/2) and fastest crystallization rate time t_(max).Among them,PG/RM has the best effect.At crystallization temperature of 120℃,comparing with HDPE,the k value of PG/RM/HDPE increases by 18 times,G increases by 2.7 times,t_(1/2) decreases by 73%and t_(max) decreases by 71%.
