摘 要:有机光转换材料可以将太阳能电池不能吸收的波段的光转换为太阳能电池可利用的可见光,从而拓宽太阳能电池的光谱响应范围,提高太阳能电池的光电转换效率。但是,这类光转换材料普遍存在着光稳定性差的问题,极大限制了其推广应用。选择了一种新型有机光转换材料,将其与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)树脂混合,制备了具有光转换功能的EVA胶膜。通过荧光光谱和紫外可见光谱测试了光转换EVA胶膜的发光性能和透明性,结果显示当光转换材料BL-3的质量分数为1.5%时,转光EVA胶膜具有最佳的发光性能,其在可见光区域的透过率与纯EVA胶膜相当。TG测试结果表明,光转换材料BL-3的加入不会对EVA胶膜的热稳定性造成明显影响。将BL-3质量分数1.5%的光转换EVA膜覆盖在太阳能标准电池表面,太阳能电池的光电转换效率(PCE)可从空白电池的14.03%提升至14.35%,相对增幅达到2.28%。紫外线加速老化测试结果表明,光转换EVA膜在加速老化500 h后,其相对荧光强度仍保持在初始荧光强度的85%以上。因此,该光转换EVA胶膜能够有效提升太阳能电池的光电转换效率,同时还具有优异的耐紫外线老化性能,有望应用于高效长寿命太阳能电池组件。Organic light conversion material could optimize the spectral mismatch between solar spectrum and bandgap of the siliconbased material,and thus increased the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of solar cells.However,most organic light conversion materials were difficult to apply due to their poor photo stabilities.A highly stable and luminescent ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)copolymer film consisting of a new organic light conversion material was developed by mixing organic luminescent material BL-3 with EVA copolymer.The luminescence properties and transparency of the obtained EVA film were measured by fluorescence and UV-vis spectra.The results show that luminescent film with BL-3 contents of 1.5%has the best luminescence performance,and its transmittance in the visible region is similar to that of pure EVA film.TG results show that the addition of BL-3 has no obvious influence on the thermal stability of EVA film.In the optimal case(1.5%concentration of the organic luminescent material in the EVA matrix),the PCE of the polycrystalline silicon cells coated with the luminescent film is improved from 14.03%to 14.35%,which has increased 2.28%.Owning to the remarkable anti-photobleaching property of the organic luminescent material,the luminescent EVA film displays a great stability in 500 h light soaking measurement and the initial fluorescence intensity is over 85%.Therefore,the photo conversion EVA film can effectively improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells,and it has excellent UV aging resistance,which is expected to be used in high efficiency and long life solar cell modules.
