摘　　要：针对日益增长的外协任务,基于坚持核心技术在手与充分利用社会资源相结合的发展理念,从源头抓产品技术和质量管控,通过研究并实施细化管理要求、分类制定技术协议模板、加强协议的编审、建立技术协议数据库、实行信息化流程审批等系列举措,提升了外协技术协议管理的精细化水平,有力保证了型号产品质量并确保型号任务的圆满完成。In view of the increasing outsourcing tasks,Aerospace Research Institute of Materials and Processing Technology insists on adhere to the development concept of combining core technology with making full use of social resources.Focus on product technology and quality control from the source.through the elaboration management requirement,classification technical agreement template,strengthen the editorial agreement,establishing the technical agreement database,implements the series of measures of informatization process of examination and approval,which improve the refinement level of outsourcing Technology Agreement and strongly supports the complete success of model product quality and tasks.
