摘 要:为了提高包钢钢渣作为路基填料的利用率,首先对包钢钢厂所产的水渣和热泼渣进行了原材料分析,将水渣和热泼渣设计了6种不同掺配比例形成混合钢渣,研究了钢渣路基填料的浸水膨胀率、吸水量、承载比和回弹模量等性能。试验结果表明:混合钢渣作为路基填料的体积安定性良好,其浸水膨胀率低于0.02%;随着击实次数增加,混合钢渣颗粒间的咬合力增大,降低了其吸水量。另外,随着热泼渣掺量的增加,混合钢渣的承载比和回弹模量呈现出现增大后减小的趋势;当水渣∶热泼渣=50∶50时,混合钢渣的承载比和回弹模量值最高且满足规范要求,分别为51.4%和104.8 MPa。In order to improve the utilization rate of slag as a subgrade filler,an analysis of the raw materials of water slag and hot splash slag produced by the steel plant of Baotou Steel was first carried out.Then,six mixtures of steel slags with different mixing ratios were designed,and the principal properties of the steel slag subgrade filler such as water swelling rate,water absorption,load-bearing ratio and modulus of resilience as well as other properties were studied.The test results show that the mixtures have good volume stability as a roadbed filler with the immersion expansion rate of the mixed steel slag being less than 0.02%.Moreover,it was found that increasing the number of compactions could reduce the water absorption of the mixed steel slag,thereby increasing the binding force between the particles of the mixtures.Also,as the dosage increases,the bearing ratio and resilience modulus of the mixed steel slag demonstrate an initial trend of increase,which is then followed by a decrease trend.In addition,the bearing ratio and resilience modulus value of the mixed steel slag are largest being at 51.4%and 104.8MPa respectively when the ratio of water slag to hot splash slag is 50∶50,satisfying the specification requirements.
