摘  要:燃油中硫化物燃烧导致一系列环境与健康问题,为了实现燃油在温和条件下深度脱硫并保证油品质量,文中研究设计了一套分相装置,并以O_(3)为氧化剂、低共熔溶剂(DES)为萃取剂,建立燃油氧化-萃取脱硫分相反应新体系。通过响应曲面模型考察体系脱硫性能,实验结果表明:以四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)/乙酸为萃取剂,在反应温度为室温(25℃),单次O_(3)通入量为0.025 g,萃取剂与燃油体积比为1时,萃取-氧化循环3次后,模拟油品脱硫率为98.66%,符合最新法规要求。研究提出基于分相法的臭氧化-萃取脱硫新体系,在实现油品常温常压深度脱硫的同时,有效避免了臭氧与油品直接接触所造成的油品质量下降问题。The combustion of sulfur compounds in fuel oil results in a series of environmental and health problems.To realize the fuel oil deep desulfurization at mild conditions and ensure the oil quality,the new oxidation-extraction desulfurization phase-separated reaction system was established based on the designed phase separation device,using ozone as oxidant and deep eutectic solvents(DES)as extractant.The desulfurization performance was evaluated according to response surface model.The results show that under TBAB/acetic is used as extratant,the final desulfurization ratio could reach 98.66%,when the reaction temperature is room temperature(25℃),the single O_(3) flux is 0.025 g,the volume ratio of extractant to fuel is 1 and the extraction-oxidation cycle is 3,meeting the requirement of regulations.The new ozonation-extraction desulfurization system was proposed based on phase separation method,which can not only realize deep desulfurization of fuel oil at normal temperature and pressure,but also effectively avoid decline in the oil quality caused by direct contact between ozone and oil.
