摘  要:聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)装置副产了大量的酯化废水,其主要成分为四氢呋喃(THF)、水、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)与异丙醇(IPA)。为了减少三废排放,降低废水处理系统负荷,同时提高装置经济效益,采用双塔热耦合精馏技术将THF回收作为副产品外售,将IPA杂质脱除提高THF产品指标。应用Aspen Plus软件对工艺流程进行了模拟计算,模拟结果显示:THF副产品纯度达到99.995%,THF回收率为98.99%,每t THF产品蒸汽消耗为3.84 t。计算结果可为工程设计提供参考。PBAT plant produces a large amount of esterification wastewater,and the main components of wastewater are tetrahydrofuran(THF),water,1,4-butanediol(BDO)and isopropanol(IPA).In order to reduce the discharge of the wastewater,reduce the load of the wastewater treatment system,and improve the economic efficiency of the plant,a dual-column thermally coupled distillation technology was used to recover THF as a by-product and remove the IPA impurities to improve the THF product index.Aspen Plus software was used for process simulation.The simulation results show that the purity of THF by-product is 99.995%,the THF recovery is 98.99%,and the steam consumption is 3.84 t per ton product THF.The calculation results can provide reference for the engineering design.
