摘　　要：大型科学仪器是科学研究和培养技术人才的重要基础,专业技术培训是促进大型科学仪器使用效益提升的重要方式.为进一步提升培训效果,应加强基本功培训、同行技术交流培训以及技术创新高级培训.Large-scale scientific instruments are an important basis for scientific research and training of technical personnel,professional technical training is an important way to promote the use efficiency of large-scale scientific instruments.In order to further improve the training effect,basic skill training,peer technical exchange training and advanced training of technological innovation should be strengthened.
