摘  要:为筛选福建省滨海沙地防护林的适生竹种,以福建省东山岛滨海沙地8个适生竹种为研究对象,测定不同方位枝叶的功能性状,对比分析不同竹种叶干物质含量、叶面积、叶稠密度、枝干物质含量、小枝长度、小枝直径等11个枝叶功能性状的差异,探讨竹类植物对滨海沙地的适应策略。结果表明:叶片功能性状的种内变异水平为5.54%~50.47%,种间变异水平为7.55%~99.54%,叶干物质含量变异系数最低,叶面积变异系数最高;小枝功能性状的种内变异水平为12.41%~43.16%,种间变异水平为17.60%~95.65%,小枝干物质含量变异系数最低,叶稠密度变异系数最高,这表明竹类植物具有较高的表型可塑性和滨海沙地的适应潜力;功能性状在竹种间均存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中小枝长度、小枝直径、叶面积、叶稠密度受竹种类型的影响较大;在方位对植物功能性状的影响上,福建茶秆竹(Pseudosasa amabilis var.convexa)、青丝黄竹(Bambusa eutuldoides var.viridivittata)、花吊丝竹(Dendrocalamus minor var.amoenus)和绿竹(B.oldhamii)的11个功能性状在不同方位上均不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。总体上,竹类植物采取增大比叶面积、叶面积等性状耦合协调或组合的权衡策略以适应滨海沙地生态环境,提高植物对光能、养分和水分的吸收效率。To screen suitable bamboo species for shelterbelt in the coastal sandy land of Fujian Province,8 suitable bamboo species in the coastal sandy land of Dongshan Island of Fujian Province were selected as research objects.The functional characteristics of branches and leaves in different directions were measured,and leaf dry matter,leaf area,leaf density,and branch and twig length of different bamboo species were compared and analyzed to explore the adaptation strategies of bamboo plants to coastal sandy land.The results show that the intraspecific variation range of leaf functional traits was 5.54%-50.47%,while the interspecific variation range was 7.55%-99.54%.The variation coefficient of leaf dry matter content was the lowest,whereas the variation coefficient of leaf area was the highest.The intraspecific variation range of branch functional traits was 12.41%-43.16%,while the interspecific variation range was 17.60%-95.65%.The variation coefficient of small twig dry matter content was the lowest,whereas the variation coefficient of leaf density was the highest.The results indicate that bamboo plants have high phenotypic plasticity and adaptive potential in coastal sandy land.There were significant differences in functional traits among bamboo species(P<0.05),among which,twig length,twig diameter,leaf area,and leaf density were significantly affected by bamboo species type.In terms of the effect of azimuth on plant functional traits,Pseudosasa amabilis var.convexa,Bambusa eutuldoides var.viridivittata,Dendrocalamus minor var.amoenus,and B.oldhamii did not show significant differences in 11 functional traits(P>0.05).In general,bamboo plants adopt the trade-off strategy of increasing specific leaf area,leaf area,and other traits to adapt to coastal sandy land and improve the absorption efficiency of light energy,nutrients,and water.
