摘  要:M相二氧化钒(VO_(2)(M))是一种具有太阳光选择性透过/反射的隔热材料,以填充方式与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)结合可开发出智能隔热有机玻璃,因此,高质量VO_(2)(M)粉体的合成尤为重要。本工作以五氧化二钒(V_(2)O_(5))为钒源,采用水热氧化还原法制备VO_(2)(M)粉体,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射电子扫描电镜(FESEM)、紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计分析退火前后二氧化钒(VO_(2))的晶型结构、结晶形态、太阳光(200~2500 nm)透光率/反射率及其变化情况,通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析退火后VO_(2)相变温度及其变化情况。研究表明,在185℃水热反应48 h、800℃氩气保护退火6 h合成出晶型完整、大小均匀的规则球状VO_(2)(M)粉体,其相变温度最低(66.02℃)。Mphase vanadium dioxide(VO_(2)(M))is a kind of thermal insulation material with selective sunlight transmission and reflection.Intelligent thermal insulation plexiglass can be developed by combining polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)and VO_(2)(M)powder with filling mode.It is particularly important to synthesize high quality VO_(2)(M)powder.In this work,VO_(2)(M)powder was prepared by hydrothermal redox process using vanadium pentoxide(V_(2)O_(5))as vanadium source.The crystal structure,crystal morphology,solar transmittance and reflectance from^(2)00 nm to 2500 nm and their changes of vanadium dioxide(VO_(2))before and after annealing were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)and ultraviolet-visible-near infrared spectrophotometer respectively.The phase transition temperature and its change of VO_(2)(M)after annealing were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).It was found that regular spherical VO_(2)(M)powder with complete crystal shape and uniform size was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction at 185℃for 48 h and argon protective annealing at 800℃for 6 h.The corresponding synthetic VO_(2)(M)has the lowest phase transition temperature(66.02℃).
