摘  要:太中银铁路吴堡—定边区段下行列车等线问题突出,超通过能力运行,车流出现常态化积压,机车机班紧张成为日常运输组织中的难点;包兰铁路黄羊湾—柳家庄—中卫区段下行线通过能力饱和,成为制约通过能力的限制区段。通过分析太中银铁路运输组织模式特点、机车机班担当方案、既有车流组成,研究太中银铁路通过能力紧张原因、包兰铁路限制区段运输瓶颈问题,提出利用平行通道通过能力进行车流迂回运输调整的优化建议,以减少因限制区段长时间等线造成的机车乘务员超劳,提高机车周转效率,提高货物运到期限;疏解装车局积压车流,供应卸车局到达物资需求,保证运输秩序畅通。The prominent problem of downlink train waiting, operation beyond the passing capacity,normal traffic flow backlog, and tight locomotive and crew shift have become daily transportation organization difficulties for the Wubu-Dingbian section of the Taiyuan-Zhongwei-Yinchuan Railway.The Huangyangwan-Liujiazhuang-Zhongwei section has become a restricted section for the passing capacity of the Baotou-Lanzhou Railway as its downlink passing capacity has reached the saturation point. By analyzing the characteristics of the transportation organization mode, the locomotive and crew shift responsibility scheme, and the composition of the existing traffic flow of the Taiyuan-ZhongweiYinchuan Railway, this paper studied the causes of the tight passing capacity of this railway and the transportation bottleneck problem of the restricted section of the Baotou-Lan Railway. An optimization suggestion of using the passing capacity of parallel channels to adjust the transportation of the traffic flow in a roundabout manner was put forward to reduce the overwork of locomotive attendants caused by the long waiting time in the restricted section, improve the locomotive turnover efficiency, and reduce freight delivery time. It can also relieve the backlogging traffic flow of the loading railway group, supply the material needs of the unloading railway group, and ensure a smooth transportation order.
