济生肾气丸治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析济生肾气丸治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱疗效及安全性。方法收集2018年1月至2021年1月广东省工伤康复医院中医科接受治疗的80例糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者资料,以动态随机法分为对照组(40例)、试验组(40例),对照组给予基础治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加入济生肾气丸治疗,比较两组治疗有效率、残余尿量、不良反应。结果试验组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组治疗前残余尿量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治疗后1、2、3、4周残余尿量均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组尿流率、顺应性高于对照组,最大膀胱测压容量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为5.00%,与对照组的2.50%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病神经源性膀胱使用济生肾气丸治疗可有效提升疾病的整体治疗有效率,对于膀胱功能进行及时改善,而且不良反应发生率较低,疗效和安全性均得到认可,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of Jisheng Shenqi Pills in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder.Methods The data of 80 patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong Work Injury Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were collected for this study.These 80 patients were divided into the control group(n=40)and the experimental group(n=40)by dynamic randomization method,with the control group given basic treatment and the experimental group treated with Jisheng Shenqi Pills on the basis of treatment in the control group.The effective rate of treatment,residual urine volume,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The overall effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(92.50%)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the residual urine volume before treatment(P>0.05).However,after 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the residual urine volume in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The urinary flow rate and compliance in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the maximum cystometric capacity in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no s tatistically significant difference between the exper imental group(5.00%)and the control group(2.50%)in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder,Jisheng Shenqi Pills can effectively improve the overall effective rate of treatment,improve bladder function in a timely manner,with a low incidence of adverse reactions and accepted efficacy and safety,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
