摘　　要：UF-5000是新一代的全自动尿沉渣分析仪,其有核细胞染色通道(CR)和无核细胞Surface通道(SF)的主要可报告项目的检测原理得到优化,检测性能进一步完善,大大提高了检测的准确性,丰富了临床应用,但也存在一定的临床应用局限性。The UF-5000 is a new generation of fully automated urinary sediment analyzer.As detection principles for the major reportable items in the core(CR)channel for nucleated cells and surface(SF)channel for akaryocytes are optimized,the detection performance of the analyzer has been ulteriorly perfected,which greatly improves the detection accuracy and broadens the clinical application of the analyzer but with some limitations.
