摘 要:目的探讨内分泌代谢科双语(英语+汉语)交班对临床医学生专业英语学习的影响。方法选择2019年6月至2020年4月在内分泌代谢科实习的五年制临床实习生及规培医生100名为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A组双语(英语+汉语)交班组52名及B组单纯汉语交班组48名。实习或规培3个月结束后比较两组学习效果。结果两组在年龄、性别、内科理论考试内分泌得分率、CET-4级通过率、入科前内分泌代谢病英语口语及笔试测试成绩比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组中文口语及笔试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组英语笔试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组英语口语成绩高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双语交班能提高临床实习生和规培生的专业医学英语口语水平,推广临床双语交班可能有助于现代化医学生培养。Objective To explore the effects of bilingual(English+Chinese)duty-shift in the department of endocrinology and metabolism on clinical medical students’learning of professional English.Methods A total of 100 five-year clinical interns and doctors under standardized training in the department of endocrinology and metabolism from June 2019 to April 2020 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into group A(n=52,bilingual[English+Chinese]duty-shift)and group B(n=48,duty-shift in Chinese only)according to the random number table method.The learning effects were compared between the two groups at the end of 3 months of internship or standardized training.Results There were no statistically significant differences between two groups in age,gender,scoring rate in endocrinology in the internal medicine theory examination,CET-4 pass rate,and oral English and English written examination scores in endocrine and metabolic diseases before practicing in the department(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in oral and written Chinese test scores(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in English written test results(P>0.05);The oral English performance of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Bilingual duty-shift can improve the oral professional medical English of clinical interns and doctors under standardized training,and the promotion of clinical bilingual duty-shift may helpful for the cultivation of modern medical students.
