摘　　要：目的分析施杞教授治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的用药规律。方法收集施杞教授治疗KOA门诊处方135首,将提取的药物进行规范化处理并建立数据库,进行频次、聚类和关联规则分析。结果135首处方中,涉及164味中药,累计出现2864次,其中补虚、清热药、祛风湿药、活血化瘀药位居前列。聚类分析显示30味高频中药可聚为3类。关联规则分析显示共获得30条关联规则,涉及5个核心药物组合。结论施杞教授治疗KOA用药常以补益气血、活血化瘀、补益肝肾、健脾养胃、祛风散寒化湿药为主,体现了石氏伤科气血为先、重视肝肾、顾护脾胃、兼顾外邪的学术特点。Objective To analyze the medication pattern of Professor SHI Qi for knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 135 outpatient prescriptions for KOA written out by Professor SHI Qi were collected,and the extracted medicines were normalized and a database was established for occurrence frequency,clustering and association rule analysis.Results A total of 164 Chinese materia medica were included in the 135 prescriptions,with a total of 2864 occurrences,among which deficiency tonics,heat-clearing medicines,rheumatism-eliminating medicines and blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicines were at the top.Clustering analysis showed that 30 Chinese materia medica with high-frequency occurrence could be clustered into 3 categories.A total of 30 association rules were found through association rule analysis,involving 5 core drug combinations.Conclusion Professor SHI Qi’s treatment for KOA is based on nourishing Qi and blood,activating blood circulation and resolving stasis,tonifying the liver and kidney,invigorating the spleen and nourishing the stomach,expelling wind and removing cold and dissipating dampness,which reflects Shi’s academic characteristics of treating Qi and blood first,valuing the liver and kidney,caring for the spleen and stomach,and taking into account external evil.
