摘 要:目的探讨水脂分离(Dixon)T1-加权(T1 weighted,T1W)脂肪抑制增强成像技术在脊柱金属内固定患者术后影像评估中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1—10月中山大学肿瘤防治中心33例接受过脊柱金属内固定术的患者,每位患者均行矢状位Dixon技术和syngo WARP技术T1W脂肪抑制增强扫描。比较两序列金属伪影的面积、整体图像质量评分和脂肪抑制效果评分。结果Dixon序列和syngo WARP序列测得的伪影面积分别为(57.33±37.48)cm^(2)和(102.94±45.74)cm^(2),差异有统计学意义(Z=-5.012,P=0.000)。Dixon序列的图像质量评分(3.36±0.65)显著高于syngo WARP序列评分(1.55±0.62),差异有统计学意义(Z=-5.480,P=0.000)。Dixon序列的脂肪抑制效果评分(3.73±0.45)显著高于syngo WARP序列(1.48±0.61),差异有统计学意义(Z=-5.570,P=0.000)。结论Dixon技术下的T1W脂肪抑制增强扫描序列可以获得好的图像质量和脂肪抑制效果,且能有效抑制磁敏感伪影,所以该序列具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of Dixon T-weighted(T,W)fat-suppressionenhanced imaging techhique in postoperative imaging evaluation of patients with spinal metalinternal fixation Methods A total of 33 patients who received spinal metal internal fixationin Sun Yatisen University Cancer Center from January to October 2021 were selected andtreated with sagittal Dixon technique and syngo WARP technique T,W fat-suppression enhancedscanning.The area of metal artifacts,the overall image quality score and the fat suppressioneffect score was compared between the two sequences Results The artifact areas measured byDixon sequence and syngo WARP sequence were(57.33±37.48)cm^(2) and(102.94±45.74)cm^(2),respectively,with statistically significant differences(Z=-5.012,P=0.000).The image qualityscore of Dixon sequence(3.36±0.65)was significantly higher than that of syngo WARP sequence(1.55±0.62),with statistically significant difference(Z=-5.480,P=0.000).The fat suppressioneffect score of Dixon sequence(3.73±0.45)was significantly better than that of syngo WARPsequence(1.48±0.61),with statistically significant difference(Z=-5.570,P=0.000).ConclusionThe T,W fat-suppression enhanced scanning sequence under Dixon technology can obtain goodimage quality and fat suppression effect,and can effectively suppress magnetic susceptibilityartifacts,so the sequence is highly worthy of clinical application.
