摘　　要：目的探讨产妇和新生儿血清25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平之间的相关性及与新生儿晚发型败血症的关系。方法选择2019年1月至2021年8月厦门大学附属中山医院NICU收治的诊断为晚发型败血症(LOS)的足月新生儿及其母亲64例作为研究对象(LOS组),另收集同时期非感染性足月儿及其母亲65例作为对照组(非LOS组)。比较两组产妇及新生儿[25(OH)D]水平的差异,分析产妇与新生儿[25(OH)D]水平的相关性、母婴维生素D缺乏率以及不同分娩季节血清[25(OH)D]水平的差异。结果LOS组新生儿血清[25(OH)D]的水平低于非LOS组(P<0.01);LOS组产妇血清[25(OH)D]的水平低于非LOS组(P<0.01);产妇与新生儿血清[25(OH)D]水平呈正相关(P<0.05);LOS组产妇及新生儿维生素D缺乏的比例(78.13%,70.31%)分别高于非LOS组产妇及新生儿(47.69%,44.62%)(P<0.01);不同分娩季节产妇及新生儿血清[25(OH)D]水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论产妇及新生儿低水平的[25(OH)D]与新生儿晚发型败血症有关,产妇与新生儿[25(OH)D]水平呈正相关,本院区产妇及新生儿血清[25(OH)D]水平无明显季节差异。Objective To explore the correlation between parturient and neonatal on serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D(25[OH]D)levels and its relationship with neonatal late onset sepsis.Methods A total of 64 case of fullterm neonates and his maternal with late onset sepsis(LOS)treated in NICU,Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from January 2019 to August 2021 were collected as the research objects(Los group),65 cases of non infectious term neonates and his maternal in the same period were collected as control group(non Los group).The differences of(25[OH]D)levels between the two groups were compared,meanwhile,The correlation between parturient and neonatal on(25[OH]D)levels,parturient and neonatal vitamin D deficiency rate and seasonal differences in serum(25[OH]D)levels were analyzed too.Results The neonatal level of serum(25[OH]D)in Los group was lower than those in non Los group(P<0.01),the parturient level of serum(25[OH]D)in Los group was lower than those in non Los group(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between parturient and neonatal on serum(25[OH]D)levels(P<0.05).The proportion of vitamin D deficiency in parturient and neonatal in Los group(78.13%,70.31%)was higher than those in non Los group(47.69%,44.62%)(P<0.01).There was no seasonal difference in the level of serum(25[OH]D)in parturient and neonatal(P>0.05).Conclusion Low levels of(25[OH]D)in parturients and neonatal were associated with neonatal late onset sepsis,There was a positive correlation between parturient and neonatal on(25[OH]D)levels,there was no significant seasonal difference in serum(25[OH]D)levels of parturient and neonatal in this hospital.
