摘　　要：打造共建共治共享的社会治理格局,建设人人有责、人人尽责、人人享有的社会治理共同体是当前社会治理改革的新取向,为新时代社会治理创新指明了方向。在基层社会治理实践中,如何实现政府治理和社会调节、居民自治的良性互动是各地探索的重点。本研究以复合治理理论为基础,以共建共治共享为立足点,结合地方实践,提炼出“复合型共治”这一分析框架,通过治理主体复合、治理结构复合、治理功能复合和治理价值复合,构建以政府负责为主导、以社会自主为核心、以多元机制为保障、以信息技术为支撑的复合型共治模式,以期为打造共建共治共享的社会治理格局提供理论支撑和路径参考。Building a social governance community of co-construction,co-governance and sharing is a new ori⁃entation of the current social governance reform,which points out the direction for the innovation of social gover⁃nance in the new era.In the grass-roots social governance,how to realize the benign interaction between gov⁃ernment governance and social regulation and residents’autonomy is the focus of exploration in various places.This paper takes the compound governance theory as a tool,takes co-construction,co-governance and sharing as a foothold,combines with local practice,refines the analytical framework of“compound co-governance”,through the combination of governance subjects,governance structures,governance functions and governance values.In order to provide theoretical guidance and path reference for“building a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing”,we should build a compound co-governance model with govern⁃ment as the guide,social autonomy as the core,multiple mechanisms as the guarantee and information technolo⁃gy as the support.
