平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 分析平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气的临床效果。方法 68例腹股沟疝气患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各34例。对照组采取常规疝修补术治疗,实验组采取平片无张力疝修补术治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率、临床疗效、总满意率。结果 实验组手术时间(11.21±4.38)min、住院时间(5.12±1.23)d均短于对照组的(35.48±5.18)min、(8.89±1.16)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组术中出血量(40.12±8.25)ml少于对照组的(62.28±9.16)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率5.88%低于对照组的35.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.9947, P=0.0027<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为94.12%(32/34),高于对照组的70.59%(24/34)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 平片无张力疝修补术在治疗腹股沟疝气中效果显著,具备推广和使用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of plain film tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 68 patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional hernia repair,and the experimental group was treated with plain film tension-free hernia repair.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,complication rate,clinical efficacy and total satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(11.21±4.38)min and hospitalization time(5.12±1.23)d in the experimental group were shorter than(35.48±5.18)min and(8.89±1.16)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was(40.12±8.25)ml,which was less than(62.28±9.16)ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 5.88%in the experimental group was lower than 35.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.9947,P=0.0027<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.12%(32/34),which was higher than 70.59%(24/34)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Plain film tension-free hernia repair is effective in the treatment of inguinal hernia,which has the value of promotion and use.
