摘 要:目的 探讨对晚期新生儿感染性肺炎采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合红霉素治疗的效果及对炎性因子水平的作用。方法 94例晚期感染性肺炎新生儿,以随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,各47例。对照组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合红霉素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后的炎性因子水平。结果 实验组治疗总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的80.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均较本组治疗前降低,且实验组PCT(1.24±0.80)μg/L、CRP(6.93±5.15)mg/L低于对照组的(2.15±0.83)μg/L、(10.14±5.42)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对晚期新生儿感染性肺炎在阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗的基础上联用红霉素可提高治疗效果,有利于改善机体炎性反应。Objective To discuss the effect of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium combined with erythromycin in the treatment of late-stage neonatal infectious pneumonia and its effect on the level of inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 94 neonates with late-stage neonatal infectious pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium,and the experimental group was treated with erythromycin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.74%,which was higher than 80.85%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the PCT(1.24±0.80)μg/L and CRP(6.93±5.15)mg/L in the experimental group were lower than(2.15±0.83)μg/L and(10.14±5.42)mg/L in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Erythromycin combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium in the treatment of advanced neonatal infectious pneumonia can improve the therapeutic effect and inflammatory response.
