丹参川芎嗪注射液联合噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的 讨论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法 68例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组采用噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、临床症状消失时间。结果 观察组治疗总有效率91.18%高于对照组的67.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肺部啰音消失时间(7.36±2.13)d、咳嗽气短消失时间(8.33±2.38)d、胸闷消失时间(8.97±2.35)d均短于对照组的(12.36±2.35)、(13.05±2.16)、(13.58±2.43)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用丹参川芎嗪注射液联合噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病,可有效提升患者的临床疗效,缩短患者临床症状改善时间,值得推荐。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Danshen ligustrazine injection combined with tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation,and the observation group was treated with Danshen ligustrazine injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 91.18%of the observation group was higher than 67.65%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pulmonary rales in the observation group was(7.36±2.13)d,the disappearance time of cough and shortness of breath was(8.33±2.38)d,and the disappearance time of chest tightness was(8.97±2.35)d,which were shorter than(12.36±2.35),(13.05±2.16),and(13.58±2.43)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen ligustrazine injection combined with tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients and shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,which is worthy of recommendation.
